Brand Catalyst Program
Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 21, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) and Jacquelynn Pope, a sole proprietor doing business as House of Intention, located in the state of Idaho (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an application to, enrolling in, or accessing The Brand Catalyst program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not submit an application or access the program.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Brand Catalyst is a 5-week live brand immersion program delivered via Zoom, a private online community group, and a membership portal containing recordings, guides, journals, and supplemental resources. The program includes five weekly live sessions, a bonus Week 6 Live Brand Refinement Hot Seat session, and 90 days of access to all program materials upon enrollment.

2. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT & APPLICATION
Enrollment in The Brand Catalyst is by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice and client agreement. Enrollment is not confirmed until a signed client agreement and payment are received by the Company.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Tuition
The tuition for The Brand Catalyst program is $497 USD. Payment options are as follows:
Payment in Full: $497 USD paid in a single transaction at the time of enrollment.
Payment Plan: Two payments of $297 USD each. The first payment is due at the time of enrollment. The second payment is due 30 days after the first payment date, or as otherwise specified in your invoice.

3.2 Optional Add-On: 1:1 Brand Intensive
Participants may optionally purchase a private 1:1 Brand Intensive session with Jacquelynn Pope as a separate add-on for $227 USD. This is a standalone session independent of the group program and is payable in full at the time of purchase. The 1:1 Brand Intensive is subject to availability and must be scheduled and completed within the 90-day access period of the program.

3.3 Payment Default
If a payment plan installment is not received by its due date, your access to the program, including all sessions, recordings, resources, and the private community, will be paused immediately upon default. The Company will make one attempt to notify you of the missed payment. If payment is not resolved within 48 hours of that notification, your access will be permanently revoked. You will remain financially responsible for the full outstanding balance regardless of access status. The Company reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available to collect outstanding balances.

4. REFUND POLICY
Due to the live, intimate, and intellectually proprietary nature of The Brand Catalyst program, all sales are considered final. Refunds will not be issued after the first live session has taken place or after 7 days from your enrollment date, whichever comes first.
If you experience a concern within the first week of the program, you must contact the Company directly at [INSERT EMAIL] within that period to discuss your situation. Refund decisions made within this window are at the sole discretion of the Company and are not guaranteed.
No refunds will be issued for the optional 1:1 Brand Intensive once the session has been scheduled.
By submitting your application and enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, curriculum, frameworks, methodologies, recordings, guides, worksheets, and resources provided within The Brand Catalyst program are the exclusive intellectual property of Jacquelynn Pope and House of Intention. This includes but is not limited to all written content, video recordings, live session recordings, audio content, visual materials, and proprietary frameworks.
As a Participant, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive personal license to access and use the program materials solely for your own personal and business development purposes during and within your 90-day access period.
You may not, without prior written consent from the Company:
Share, distribute, reproduce, copy, or resell any program materials in any form.
Use program materials or frameworks to create or teach your own courses, programs, or group offerings.
Record any live sessions or share recordings with individuals not enrolled in the program.
Claim authorship of or ownership over any program content, frameworks, or methodologies.
Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may subject you to legal action.

6. PROGRAM ACCESS & MEMBERSHIP PORTAL
Upon enrollment confirmation, you will be granted access to the program membership portal and private community group. Access to all program recordings, materials, and the community will remain active for 90 days from your enrollment date. After 90 days, access will expire automatically. The Company does not guarantee indefinite access to any program materials beyond this period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account access with any third party.

7. COMMUNITY STANDARDS & CONDUCT
The Brand Catalyst private community is a curated, high-integrity space. All Participants are expected to engage with respect, professionalism, and integrity. The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant from the program community, without refund, for conduct that is deemed disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values of the program. This includes but is not limited to harassment, solicitation of other Participants, sharing of another Participant’s personal or business information without consent, or any conduct that negatively impacts the group experience.

8. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS
The Brand Catalyst program is designed to provide education, strategy, and tools related to personal branding. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue results, client acquisition, or any other measurable result. Individual results will vary based on each Participant’s effort, commitment, industry, background, and circumstances. Testimonials shared in connection with this program reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in The Brand Catalyst program. In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you for the program.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Idaho.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled Participants via email. Continued participation in the program following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
